Altruistic members of the CHS community raised an impressive £226.28 for charity during a bucket collection for Children In Need.
Raising funds for both local and national projects supporting children of all ages, pupils in Year 8 donned their Pudsey ears and filled spotty buckets with change in aid of the BBC’s annual fundraising appeal.
CHS’s charities co-ordinator, Mrs Fiona Buxton said: “Thank you to all who gave so generously for Friday’s collection for Children in Need and well done to the team of Year 8 volunteers who collected money with enthusiasm.”
