Junior School tennis player Leila has served her way to success and will be playing her sport for the county team in the forthcoming County Cup.
It’s a fantastic achievement for the Year 4 pupil who will be playing in the Over 10s age group – a whole stage her senior.
Leila, who is part of the tennis club at David Lloyd in Cheadle, regularly practises her skills with her dad and says tennis is her favourite sport.
She said: “I do a lot of activities in School and play in the after school tennis club. I also practice with my dad most days when I’m not playing in the clubs.”
Leila has been playing tennis since she was 4 and says her favourite tennis player is Serena Williams.
