For the first time in recent history CHS has taken two Junior football teams to Lady Barn House School and won both matches.
16 Year 3 boys, making up the U8 A and B Football teams travelled to Lady Barn House School and put in two fantastic performances.
The A team won their match 3-1 and B team won 2-0. The fixture was one of many firsts for the players, a number of who were playing their first CHS representative fixture, with all players taking part in their very first football fixture.
Junior School Sports Coach, Mr Jonny Cartwright said: “It was great to see what the boys have been learning in games coming to fruition in a competitive fixture. This year group will definitely be one to watch as they progress through the school.”
