Grace Balsdon, Team GB Hockey player gave students an inspirational talk on seizing opportunities.
Grace told Senior School and Sixth Form students about how she made the most of the opportunities she was given, which lead to her success as a hockey player.
Showing her bronze commonwealth medal, she told about the hard work she put into getting that medal and where she is today.
Students were eager to take the hockey players tips and advice in a coaching session later on in the day.
We are sure some of our amazing hockey players will follow in the athletes footsteps.
