Parents and teachers are ready to pick up their paintbrushes and compete against each other in CHS’s debut music, food and live art event, The CHS Paint-Off.
Head, Lucy Pearson and Head of Art & Design, Mr Adam Hayley will compère the event, where 24 brave competitors from across the School community are given just 40 minutes to paint a portrait of a member from the opposite team sat in front of them – in front of an audience!
Raising money for the Holden Hall Appeal, easels will be placed in the centre of the Hall where CHS families can watch the novice artists in action before voting for their CHS Paint-Off Champion from the creations making it through to the grand finale.
12 parents and 12 staff have volunteered to paint (some for the very first time!) including current Junior and Senior School parents plus members of staff from the Junior School, SLT, Sports, Drama, English, Design & Technology and Politics departments.
Taking place on Thursday 15th June from 6.30pm-8pm, the night will be soundtracked by music and audience members can buy a drink from the bar (craft beer and soft options available), a variety of street food, or a ticket for the CHS Paint-Off Raffle.
To be part of the audience and decide our Paint-Off champion, you can book your ticket online NOW, priced £5 from Try Booking.
