We may only be half-way through the holidays but it’s already been a summer of success for three active CHS students who have competed at the top of their game in their various sporting fields.
Upper Sixth students Bel Wardle is celebrating as English girls’ Golf Championship which she won by seven shots.
Hannah McColgan, also in the Upper Sixth, took on Poland when her team made it to the finals of Tennis Europe’s Summer Cup competition after beating Portugal 2-1.
Year 9 waterskier Lucy Roberts continues to go from strength-to-strength after taking 7th place overall in the European waterskiing Youth Championships, held at Sesena Waterski & Wakeboard Complex in Toledo, Spain.
