Nine of CHS’s U11 gymnasts brought home Silver medals at their first ever gymnastics competition – and the very first gymnastics contest for the Junior School.
Hosted by Greenbank School and held at Stockport School of Gymnastics, the event saw Kiera Henry, Luiseach O’Neal, Ruby Hyde, Lauren Atkinson, Francesca Porter and Caitlin McInerney, perform a Vault and Floor routine as part of the School team.
All gymnasts were marked out of 10 and their individual and team scores counted towards the end result.
Caitlin came away with 3 individual medals; Silver for her individual Floor routine, Bronze for her Vault and Silver overall for her total combined scores.
CHS gymnasts Imogen Ladson, Eva Crawford and Grace Bourne joined forces with Greenbank, to make a super team and together they put in some fabulous performances.
