Waconians prepare for Sixth Form after impressive GCSE results
Amidst much disruption during their Senior School days, Waconians are celebrating after achieving outstanding GCSE results, reflecting their hard work, resilience and unswerving support of teachers.
CHS Head, Neil Smith “I’m extremely pleased at the pupils’ successes which give them the ideal platform for the next stage of their education”.
As well as their commitment to study, these pupils have also maintained commitments to school sport, music, drama, community service and much more.
Celebrating top marks are Samuel and Elsa who achieved straight 9s across the board. Both Sam and Elsa are staying at CHS Sixth Form.
Emma achieved eight grade 9s and one grade 8, where she will be continuing her Waconian journey at CHS Sixth Form.
Along with Samuel and Elsa, there were many others who received grade 8 and 9s across the board including; Ridha, Imogen, Freya, William, Solomon, Ruby, Emma, Tamsin, Rhianna, James, Esa, Kate, Rachel and Ariadne.
“I look forward to seeing them continue to flourish in Sixth Form, adapt to new responsibilities and the opportunities open to them”.
