Well done to Will in Year 9 for competing in the Legacy Box Cup in Norway over half term.
Will walked away with two gold medals and was awarded the ‘Best Schoolboy Boxer’. He said “I went aiming for just one gold medal so when I won two it felt amazing!”
Norway was a new experience for Will he said: “It was really cold but everyone was so nice and treated us well. My favourite part of the experience was having the opportunity to see what boxing culture was like from different countries.”
Will is next hoping to compete in the ABA National Championship for the English title and win.
