We understand how important your personal information is to you and we take the safeguarding of your privacy very seriously.  To show our commitment to letting you know exactly what information we are collecting about you, how we are using it and how we are keeping it secure – we keep our data protection policy and procedures ​up to date so that you can stay up-to-the-minute with the use of your personal information.

Privacy Notices

When you join the School or even just visit our website, we need to ask you for some personal information. Our Privacy Notices explain why we need this information, what we do with it and how long we keep it for.  Depending on your relationship with the School at the time, you may fall into one or more of the following categories:

• Old Waconians and Supporters
• Staff
• Pupils
• Parents
• CHS Enterprises
• External Community and Neighbours

From time to time we may need to change what information we collect or who it is shared with, but don’t worry – we will never do anything with your information which you wouldn’t expect us to.

Student data is collected through the School by awarding bodies for conducting examinations and assessments and the issuing of examination results and certificates. We work with the following bodies:
