Core & Social Impact Pathway
Pupils who take the Core and Social Impact Pathway will experience a combination of bespoke careers guidance and opportunities to work with children in our local primary school partners.
Pupils will be given support in preparing for interviews, assessment centres and in applying for work shadowing placements during the course of Year 12.
The intention is that they spend most of the Autumn Term on site and then spend more of the Spring and Summer Term off site, having secured work shadowing placements and/or working with our local state primary schools.
